Hashidate Chaya is a teahouse located in Amanohashidate, one of the three most scenic spots in Japan and a special place of scenic beauty.
Please stop by for a break when you visit Amanohashidate.
Amanohashidate Beach (July – August)
During the summer, Amanohashidate is crowded with people bathing at the beach.
The opening of the beach is held on July 1 every year, and the bathing can be enjoyed until late August!
Pine trees in Amanohashidate park
Amanohashidate is a 3.6 km long sandy beach made of sand spit and lined with pine trees, where many tourists, walkers and strollers can be seen.
Cycling is also very nice!
Bicycle rental information
It takes about 40 minutes to go back and forth between the pine trees of Amanohashidate.

If you want to go to the Matanozoki observatory (Kasamatsu Park)
2-hour rental (400 yen)
Out of the 30 bicycles for rent, we also have bicycles for children (4) and bicycles for kids (4)!

Amanohashidate Viewland
This observatory offers a panoramic view of Amanohashidate. At the top of the mountain, you can enjoy the Hiryukan-kairo (Viewing sky path), Ferris wheel and Cycle-car.
Chionji Temple
It is one of the three temples in Japan dedicated to the Monju Bodhisattva(Bodhisattva of Wisdom).
The temple gate is also a must-see.
Chie no Wa Stone Lantern
The Chie no Wa (Circle of Wisdom) lantern is said that you can become wise by passing through the lantern three times.
Rotating Bridge (Kaisenkyo)
This unusual bridge turns 90 degrees when ships pass through the waterway and connects Amanohashidate and Monju area.
Isoshimizu
Despite being surrounded by the sea, the water has no salty taste at all.
Amanohashidate Shrine
Amanohashidate is host to many stories about dragons, and the king of the Eight Dragons is enshrined here.
